New ADA requirements for Swimming Pools, Spas and Waders. Compliance by March 15, 2012


 
 
On Friday July 23, 2010, Attorney General Eric Holder signed a
new ADA regulation into law ADA standared or Accessible design. The law will take effect March 15, 2011.
This will effect all new swimming pools and all existing swimming pools.

The Federal regulation will affect the lives of more than 16% of the US population , which is made up of citzens that have some kind of disability, thus creating the largest minority group in the United States
